Kizhekepat Vasudevan Menon (known as Vasu) passed away on 20th July 2024 after a long battle with lung cancer. Born in Ottapalam, Kerala, he lived to the age of 89.
Vasu arrived in the UK in the 1960s and pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering in London. He dedicated 30 years to working for BT at the iconic London Tower before retiring to a peaceful life in South Woodford and Wanstead.
He is survived by his wife, Dr. Girija Menon, his three children, Ashok, Bina, and Sasi, and his four beautiful grandchildren, Shaan Hari, Amaya, and Mollie.
