Diversity Festival Held in London with Grand Participation of Global Dignitaries

The Diversity Festival, organised by the Overseas Friends of India in association with the London Entrepreneurs Club, was held on 22 November at the historic Great Hall of Dulwich College. The event turned out to be a vibrant celebration of multicultural harmony, drawing prominent dignitaries, community leaders, and representatives from across London.

The festival, chaired by Cllr Sunil Chopra, former Mayor of Southwark, highlighted the theme “Contributions – Gratitude – Shared Future.”

Key Guests and Speakers

The evening saw the presence of several distinguished figures, including:

  • Lord Daniel Brennan, Member of the House of Lords

  • Dr S. Y. Quraishi, Former Chief Election Commissioner of India

The programme began with a Champagne Reception, followed by a rich array of cultural dances, musical performances, and a lively disco that added to the festive spirit of the evening. Guests also enjoyed a grand three-course banquet dinner, widely praised for its flavour and presentation
