As doctors, caregivers, and members of busy families, we often give our time and energy to others, forgetting to recharge our own batteries. This session is your opportunity to pause, breathe, stretch, and reconnect, not just with your body, but with your mind and spirit.

🌼 Yoga is not just an exercise. It’s a reset button for your nervous system.
It improves posture, strengthens your core, sharpens your focus, and brings calm to your mind, all essential for those living high-pressure, high-responsibility lives like ours.

Whether you are an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, this session will gently guide you through movements and breathing techniques that leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to face the day.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We warmly encourage you to bring your partners and children too, because wellness is for the whole family. Let’s come together in unity, stretch out the stress, and celebrate the healing power of movement.

Let MMA Sunday morning be a celebration of balance, a gift to yourself, and a memory to cherish.

💚 We’ll see you on the mat!
