
“അമ്മേ നാരായണാ” (Amme Narayana) – the sacred chant will resonate once again in London as the UK Malayalee community comes together to observe Attukal Amma Pongala 2026 on Tuesday, 3 March 2026, starting from 8:30 am onwards.
The spiritually significant celebration will be held at the London Mahalakshmi Temple, located at 241 High Street North, East Ham. The event mirrors the spirit of the world-famous Attukal Pongala in Kerala, bringing together women devotees in prayer, devotion, and cultural unity.
Archana tickets are priced at £10, which includes fruit, coconut, and deepam. Devotees are kindly requested to bring additional flowers and fruits for the offering.

Adding to the traditional ambience, the celebration will feature Panchari Melam led by Vinod Navadhara, enhancing the devotional atmosphere with classical temple percussion.
